Referrers

Dentists and medical professionals who require treatment for their patients are invited to download and fill out a referral form for one of our practitioners to provide treatment and advice where required.

In particular, we can assist with patients requiring general dentistry, endodontics, minor oral surgery, implant dentistry and oral pathology.

We are able to undertake these treatments under IV sedation or General Anaesthetic if required.
