Brushing up with North Adelaide Dental Care
Did you know we are open 7 days-a-week? This means we have a lot of staff to support our fabulous dentists. About 5 of these staff had birthdays in March! This meant we had a fair bit of cake. Building works have almost concluded, with the installation of solar panels. A big thanks to NRG Solar for accommodating our opening hours. This will provide a welcome relief to the grid, and assists us with making the practice greener. A huge thank you to the patients who were seen at Harley Dental when we had no power. Dr Deon returned after a long holiday and we welcome him back refreshed.
Why It's Important for Kids to Visit the Dentist Regularly
-
Did you know?
-
45% of children aged 7-10 years have tooth decay.
-
Tooth decay is the most common childhood disease—but the good news is it's preventable!
-
Why should kids visit the dentist?
-
Early intervention: When children visit the dentist regularly, we can catch tooth decay early and prevent it from getting worse.
-
Healthy teeth for life: Good dental habits and check-ups set the foundation for healthy teeth as they grow older.
-
Prevent pain and costly treatments: Treating decay early can avoid more serious problems that might need painful and expensive procedures later.
-
Decay is preventable!
-
Brushing and flossing daily, along with a healthy diet, can help stop tooth decay from starting.
-
Regular dental check-ups ensure that teeth stay strong and free from decay.
-
Government support
-
Did you know that the government provides over $1000 worth of free dental care for eligible children?
-
This means families can get dental check-ups, cleanings, and treatments without worrying about the cost!
-
Make it a habit!
