Dr Greg Miller & Dr Jonathan Rogers complete the inaugural Australian examination in the Diploma in Implant Dentistry 

Congratulations to Greg & Jonathan for successfully completing the inaugural Australian examination in the Diploma in Implant Dentistry held by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr Greg Miller completes Clinical Diploma in Dental Implants

For the last 2 years Dr Miller has been undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (oral Implants) with the University of Sydney. This has involved him working tirelessly and the hard work has really paid off. He has recently completed the course with a distinction average, an impressive achievement - Congratulations Dr Miller

Dr Jonathan Rogers is awarded Life-Fellow status

In April 2011 Dr Rogers was granted honorable status of Life-Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy in gratefull appreciation for his many years of dedicated support to the Academy and in recognition of his unwavering practice of integrity and ethics in the profession of Dentistry.

Goodbye Dr Tony Ielasi

Dr. Ielasi graduated in 1965 and completed his PhD in 1972. During his practicing career spanning just over 40 years, Dr. Ielasi has made significant achievements within the dental community. He was a clinical tutor and lecturer at the University of Adelaide Dental School, having particular interests in microbiology.

As well as this he served on the Faculty of Dentistry for 8 years in the microbiology department. His has been a fellow of the prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy since 2007.

Dr. Ielasi would like to sincerely thank all of his loyal patients for the privilege of looking after their dental needs over the years. He is grateful for the opportunities for professional and personal development the time at this practice has given him.

Dr. Ielasi has spent the last 4 years at North Adelaide Dental Care. On behalf of the entire team we thank him for always delivering comprehensive and high quality care for our patients that we are renowned for. He will be sadly missed and we wish him all the very best in his upcoming retirement years.

Dr Jonathan Rogers completes Master Clinician Program in Implant Dentistry

Dr. Jonathan Rogers has recently returned from his final trip to the UCLA School of Dentistry. After a rigorous 12 months of advanced academic and clinical training he has successfully completed the Master Clinician Program in Implant Dentistry. He was among only a few international candidates awarded 1st Class Honours for his outstanding and dedicated performance in the program. Dr. Rogers has had the privilege of working with many internationally renowned clinicians and is excited to integrate cutting edge knowledge, techniques and equipment into his implant practices at North Adelaide Dental Care.

Dr Greg Miller completes MRACDS and FRACDS

Dr Greg Miller has completed his Membership to the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons by examination in its inaugural year prior to attaining his Fellowship with the same organization. He is the first to obtain dual completion of these titles.

National Cancer Research Foundation

North Adelaide Dental Care iscurrently a proud supporter of The National Cancer Reasearch Foundation in their quest to raise funds for life-saving Children's Cancer research.

Australian Police Rugby Union

North Adelaide Dental Care is a proud supporter of The "Bluetongues" Rugby Union team. This charitable venture also involves providing the team with their all important teeth-saving mouth guards!

Rotary Club of Adelaide West

Recently the Rotary Club of Adelaide West held a 2-day family film festival where thousands of disadvantaged, disabled and sick children with their carers and parents attended and North Adelaide Dental Care is proud to be a supporter of this worthwhile cause.

Youth Off The Streets Program

North Adelaide Dental Care is proud to declare their financial support for Father Chris Riley's Youth Off The Streets Program.

Youth Off The Streets supports homeless and drug addicted young Australians as they work to turn their lives around.

SCOSA (Spastic Centres of South Australia Inc.)

In our most recent effort to support local communities, North Adelaide Dental Care is proud to support and provide donations to SCOSA's Annual Christmas Circus SPECTACULAR. We wish everyone involved a Merry Christmas.

Dental Rescue Charity Day

All of the dentists and staff at North Adelaide Dental Care have been involved in donating their time to help those less fortunate. We have opened our doors and participated in charity dentistry days, giving those in need something to smile about.

Girls on Track for life!!

The "Girls on Track for life!" program is a joint venture between Girl Guides South Australia and The Smith Family. It aims to develop basic life skills including healthy eating, responsible decision-making, personal safety and socialisation skills in young girls at school.
